Fabozzi & Miller, APC focuses primarily on matters relating to real estate, business law, civil litigation, creditors’ rights, estate planning, probate and trust administration. The firm handles cases in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties before the Superior Court of California and the United States District Court of the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California. The firm offers various hourly rates depending on the complexity of the matter. Our experience in representing numerous businesses, financial institutions, real estate developers and individuals enables us to provide seasoned, effective and thorough representation to our clients.
Managing Partner
Edward J. Miller graduated from University of Phoenix (B.S. 2002) and Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J.D. 2005). He has been with the firm since 2003, having clerked with Founding Partner Dennis F. Fabozzi for a number of years prior to becoming licensed. Mr. Miller is Managing Partner of Fabozzi & Miller, APC, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, real property, creditors’ rights, business law and estate planning. He is a member of the State Bar of California, United States District Court (all California Districts), Riverside County Bar, and Southwest Riverside County Bar. Mr. Miller is a Master at the Bench with the Southwest Inns of Court and a Member of Phi Alpha Delta, the country’s oldest legal fraternity. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, signifying that he has achieved the highest level of professional excellence. Since 2009 Mr. Miller has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Riverside County. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Southwest Health Care System. In 2016 Mr. Miller was nominated as Citizen of the Year by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to practicing law, for more than a decade Mr. Miller held varied corporate positions with major retailers, where he was responsible for corporate development and sales for California, Arizona and Nevada. He has experience managing multi-million dollar corporate accounts and business ventures.
Associates
Anna Sacco-Miller graduated from the University of Iowa (B.A., 1989) and Northern Illinois University (J.D., cum laude, 2001). She served as Lee County State’s Attorney (State of Illinois) from 2012 to 2016 where she was responsible for the prosecution of all felony, misdemeanor and traffic offenses in Lee County. She was a sole practitioner from 2004 to 2012, practicing in the areas of real estate and collections. In 2017 Ms. Sacco-Miller relocated to California, passed the California State Bar and resumed her practice in the areas of probate, trust administration, real estate and civil litigation. She is a Member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Illinois, Riverside County Bar and Southwest Riverside County Bar Associations. Since 2021 Ms. Sacco-Miller has served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity Inland Empire. In March of 2022, she was elected to the office of Secretary for Habitat for Humanity Inland Empire.
Joseph Sarnowski graduated from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA (B.S., 1992), University of Redlands (M.B.A., 2005), and Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J.D., 2007). Prior to joining Fabozzi & Miller, APC, he practiced in the areas of business law and litigation, real estate law and litigation, intellectual property, and employment law as corporate counsel for various businesses and as a sole practitioner. Prior to passing the California State Bar in 2008, Mr. Sarnowski worked as a Physicist and Quality Engineer for a private defense contractor where he assisted in the development of an innovative non-lethal mortar round. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1999 where he served as the Logistics Officer for 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines. Mr. Sarnowski currently practices primarily in the areas of business law and litigation, real estate law and litigation, and employment law. He is a Member of the California State Bar, the Illinois State Bar, the Riverside County and Southwest Riverside County Bar Associations, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He volunteers as a board member of the Temecula Valley Players, a local theater troop, and can occasionally be seen on the stage of the Old Town Temecula Community Theater.
Benjamin G. Kaplan graduated from California State University San Marcos (B.A., 2017) and Loyola Law School (J.D., 2021). Before Mr. Kaplan began his legal education, he was an independent marketing consultant who aided small businesses with their digital marketing needs. During law school and until Mr. Kaplan was admitted to the California Bar, he obtained significant experience in Corporate Governance and Business Transactions from his former positions, including the time he served as a Student Representative for LMU Loyola Law School’s Sales and Use Tax Clinic. Mr. Kaplan’s practice primarily focuses on corporate governance, business transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, creditor’s rights, and advising a variety of business entities. He is a Member of the State Bar of California, Riverside County Bar, and Southwest Riverside County Bar Associations.
Of Counsel
William J. Sarrus (of counsel) graduated from University of Vermont and Southwestern University Law School. He is involved in civil litigation, business and real estate law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, United States District Court and Orange County Bar. Mr. Sarrus is of counsel and brings thirty years of litigation experience to the firm.
Mr. Sarrus represents the firm’s clients in the Orange County and surrounding areas.
Founding Partner
Founding Partner, Dennis F. Fabozzi, began practicing law in Orange County, California in 1978, where he started and successfully managed three law firms. In 2000 he moved his practice to Temecula. In 2014, he partnered with Edward J. Miller and the firm became known as Fabozzi & Miller, APC, one of the largest firms in the Temecula Valley. Sadly, Mr. Fabozzi died suddenly on April 15, 2017, shortly after celebrating his 65th birthday. He was planning to retire from Fabozzi & Miller, APC on April 28, 2017. Mr. Fabozzi was a mentor to countless attorneys who had the opportunity of working with him over the course of his career. He served as Temporary Judge for Riverside County Superior Court since 2004 and was a member of the Riverside County Superior Court ADR Committee.
